Research has proven that mentoring young girls is invaluable. A supportive and healthy mentor-mentee friendship provides immediate but also long-term effects. These effects are pertinent to the quality of life to a young girl but can also create a ripple effect to their social circle, school, community, and world. Because when girls rise, we all rise! 

 Together, we are determined to expand our school-based programs to other Guilford County Schools and launch our community-based program, Project LeadHERship, aimed at empowering all middle school girls in Greensboro. Together, we are determined to create a supportive and enriching environment that will positively impact the lives of our youth.
